1) Field Personnel: Construction experience in general trades such as laborer, bricklayer, stone mason, pointer/caulker/chemical worker, cement finisher, carpenter, plasterer, and painter.

2) Site Foreman: Supervisor of construction operations at the site. Responsible for daily project operations including all field personnel (as described above) and subcontractors.

3) Project Manager: Responsible for project activities including set-up, subcontractor control, and material and equipment purchasing.

4) Account Manager: Responsible for customer relations, building evaluation and problem solving, and bidding of new projects.
