New Brick & Custom Finishes
When restoring an EIFS system, there is the unique opportunity to use new colors and finishes that might rejuvenate the façade and increase the value of the building.
There are now many architectural enhancements available that can change the look or appearance of the EIFS system.
Some of the systems include:
- Engineered brick units (similar to Dyrvit™ NewBrick™)
- Stenciled or templated brick finishes
- Metallic pearlescent finishes
- Finishes that appear like limestone, granite, and quartz
- Woodgrain finishes
